The Mind Body Spirit Complex

Your mind, body, and spirit are intertwined with each other. It is helpful to think of them together as the mind body spirit complex.

The mind is a reflection of both the body and the spirit. It contains your feelings, emotions, and intellectual thoughts. Your intuition is found further down toward the root of the mind and is more in touch with your whole mind body spirit complex. Further down the root of the mind, you move away from the personal and toward your racial memory. At the very base of your mind you find cosmic influences, which are carried there by your spirit.

Your body is the material of the density you are currently experiencing. Your body’s material is available for physical manifestation by your mind.

Your spirit is the channel where the in-pouring of energies from the universal source is funneled to the base of your mind. It is also the channel where your higher energy centers are out-pouring back up to the intelligent infinity source.
