The Mind Body Spirit Complex

Your mind, body, and spirit are intertwined with each other. It is helpful to think of them together as the mind body spirit complex.

The mind is a reflection of both the body and the spirit. It contains your feelings, emotions, and intellectual thoughts. Below these, your intuition is found. Your intuition is closer to the root of the mind and is more in touch with your whole mind body spirit complex. Further down toward the root of the mind, you move away from your personal memory and toward your racial* memory. At the very base of your mind are found cosmic influences, which are carried there by your spirit.

Your body is the material of the density you are currently experiencing. Your body’s material is available for physical manifestation by your mind.

Your spirit is the channel where universal energies are funneled to the base of your mind. It is also the channel into which your higher energy centers out-pour energy.

*Ra used this term and it undoubtedly refers to the human race. Throughout the universe there are a multitude of different 3rd density species. From Ra's perspective, each of these species are a different race of 3rd density beings.
