Our 7 Energy Centers

Life experiences are interpreted through our seven energy centers. We all start life with our Red energy center activated. As you experience life, you activate your higher energy centers. Life experiences are interpreted using the higher energy centers as they become activated.

The goal is to have all your energy centers activated and balanced as opposed to having certain energy centers very active and others very dim. Dim energy centers cause blockages in the flow of energy through the body.

The 7 Energy Centers

1. RED energy center

   This is the home of your basic life force. It's activation is essential for survival.

2. ORANGE energy center

   This is the home of your personal identity. It's activation is needed for self-acceptance.

3. YELLOW energy center

   This is the home of your self-awareness. It's activation is needed for social interaction.

4. GREEN energy center

   This is the home of unconditional love and compassion. It's activation gives an awareness of the creator in oneself and in others.

5. BLUE energy center

   This is the home of wisdom. It's activation provides you with the ability to speak in your true voice.

6. INDIGO energy center

   This is the home of love combined with wisdom. It's activation allows you to link your experiences to universal energies.

7. VIOLET energy center

   This is your conduit to the creator. It's activation provides you with the awareness of the sacramental nature of all experiences.
